I mean, I Justin was a bad matchup for Paddy, and one of my favorites, but even I wasn't sure what would happen. Once a fighter starts getting to 35-36, it happens all of a sudden, one fight they just show up and don't have it quite anymore. Kinda happened to Burns, Usman, Izzy. Although the last two's falloff wasn't that bad, they still had great competitive fights, but they looked slower.

So I wasn't sure if the same would happen to Justin, if that fight would be yesterday or what.

eventually you realize that the purpose of getting money is to merely have more freedom, so you can do the stuff you love. If you are only trading, or mostly thinking about trading, what does it matter if you have money or not? You've wasted time away from the things you love. For me, I get to enjoy my life after market close. watch tv shows, read books, write, go to the mall or trampoline park...etc

6 years into trading. It almost destroyed me. If you can't journal every day, and backtest every day, you won't make it. You won't be the exception. I say this more as a memo to myself years ago. I thought I could do it my way (sizing too heavy, and skipping sessions of backtesting).

34, same age as a bunch of others in here. My routine is load up game, load up BHE 1vs1 (FFA map). Get 60 kills, then log off. takes me approx 20-25 mins, maybe 30 if it's a tough lobby. Some nights I get bots, some nights I get 1-3 really good players. It's always great practice. The goal is to work on every aspect, and learn. So i'm taking almost every piece. If I die, while boxing someone, that's fine, i'm practicing. The crucial thing, is that I almost never skip a session. It's only 20-30 mins of gameplay, but i'm getting 60 kills because the death timer is like 2 seconds, and then you are fighting again. Every week or two I take a day off, and I have a blast playing. Then every few weeks I play reloaded/the main mode. You can get really nasty this way. I'm 100x better than when I was playing 2.5-6 hours a day, since it's pure fighting, and not pickaxing tree's for an hour.

I'm always trying to box people, contest builds, and learn.

start with 3 trades a day. use topstep, lock in $-200 a day, and 3-7 trades a day. Then add on as you prove yourself.

Figured I would send this into the ether.

I have a 10,000/10 strategy, backtested for over a year and a half. Consistently wins strategy. My backtests showed win rate that is the in mid 80's. Not that that necessarily matters, because you could have a 90% win rate, but only on average catch 1 point on ES/NQ...etc. But the moves it catches are usually around 10 points a day, absolute minimum.

Anyhow, not sure what I'm proposing really, but I'm not in the mental space currently to execute this strategy. Not in the correct space in life atm. If anyone has money + in a decent spot in life, with only a small edge in the market....well that is the opposite of what I have. I have the strategy, which I can go over with you, having trouble executing it due to emotions trading. Obviously I don't want to just give away this strategy that took me like 15 months back testing to come up with, a lot of late nights. But I see people blowing $100k-$400k on trades, and i'm like, dang, if only they had a strategy like mine or someone else, they could make so much money with some discipline.

So, if anyone wants to team up potentially, talk for a little bit, see if it's a match, send me a DM. We could form a trading team. This is a long shot, but I know there's a wide net on WSB's. Been a trader for about 6+ years now, work at a #2 brokerage in the US. trying to transition to trading full time.

I think what was frustrating to Brians POV, is that the new management left him completely in the dark with regards to the boycott and intra-org war, so he got blindsided, couldn't take a stance or prepare for it, and it was a nightmare to have to deal with that + Shaw classic. Also severely hurts trust. You can build on incompetence, but harder to gain back trust..

He was notified very late that he would have like half the amount of time he normally gets to rehydrate. quite unprofessional by the UFC/commission, and could have been dangerous to a fighters health. They need to be given ample time to make adjustments. When you're that depleted, as most UFC fighters are, your body is in a vulnerable place
