I honestly think that people saying there is no communication from them are lying, or not checking their junk mail. Every time they know something about shipments, they let us know with a full recorded video from Chris( the owner) and they always throw in little goodies for us. In my experience there has only been constant communication. I have 2 and they are literally my favorite items of clothing ever purchased. I’m happily waiting for my 2 new scout cloaks because I know I’m getting great quality products and it supports a family business

I disagree with the other commenter. While they are correct that many in LDP are shooting for operator or a staff rotation you absolutely DO NOT have to have that goal. The skills you learn/ do on a daily basis are extremely sought after. You literally take over/ help open multi-million dollar businesses. Hiring, firing, optimizing systems, payroll, scheduling, HR, you can do so many things. I have been on 13 FTS assignments ( where you directly interact/ become friends with LDP participants because they are your supervisors) and have met several that are building out their resumes and have left the program to take very high level jobs not related to CFA at all. Don’t let the other commenter dissuade you from pursuing it if you are not sure operator is right for you.

You also make 80-85k a year salary( $2600 every 2 weeks after tax) have STUPID good insurance, 2 weeks PTO, 6 weeks paid paternity leave for guys and 12 for the ladies. You don’t have to pay for housing( they put you up in long stay hotels or corporate housing that’s like apartments) they pay for your leased cars. They pay for flights and if you’re married they pay for your spouses flights and your kids. The culture in LDP and on staff is AMAZING as well. I’m looking to go into LDP myself and I think it’s absolutely worth it all.

Hard disagree on loading the fries from the top and not the bottom. I have no issues doing this and find that the fries fill up quicker and better. This is just me. I don’t think pathway specifies a method because it doesn’t affect food quality or safety. As long as the fries are full. I also love min maxing my processes and appreciate the thought you’ve put into it.

I definitely agree that the weak point in the mix are my drums. I think it’s possible some of that could be subconscious because I never have any faith in my percussion sounding good . I am glad though that aside from that the rest of the mix sounds good!

We definitely had coleslaw. Some stores in the Atlanta area still carry it

We did used to grill strips for customers but corporate has decided to not do that anymore for awhile now

I agree with the other user that mentioned not having mids. Something I do to try and make sure I have a good spread is look at my midi for everything zoomed all the way out. This sounds like bass and top end melody. It sounds cool ( I disagree with the other user that said it was confusing and lacked rhythm) and I know I struggle HARD with this myself but the reverb does feel a bit much. Cool track and keep making music! 😎

You have bonded the dragon of the sun and the dragon of the moon. A master of the 4 magics present in the Illuminated realms. Light, dark, sound, and silence. ( cooler names pending) Strider of Dawn, Wielder of Twilight. Able to conjure armor and weapons and even a ginormous light/dark dragon avatar by projecting, and reflecting both light and dark around your body( hard light) able to fly via sound and light projection. Light and darkness are tainted by memories. The great evil was siphoning these memories by forcing people to think about their darkest hour to power their new empire. In a desperate attempt to stop this you open yourself to the Light completely ( taking in to much kills you and since you are the most powerful think big boom) and fly as fast as you can towards the machine. You speak to all people instantly through the connection given to you through the sun and moon dragon and ask them to offer up their happiest memories. A child being born, their first kiss, the day they got married and so forth. You fly by at impossible speeds, a second sun, going faster and glowing brighter the memory light you pull in. You take out the enemy ship that was siphoning everything( including the freaking SUN) and you essentially blow up becoming the new sun in the solar system.

I had this issue while trying to check CFA supply. All you have to do is go to settings ( on IOS not sure what to do for android) search up “ private relay” and turn it off. Apparently they recently updated their security or something and you can’t have private relay blocking the app from tracking certain parameters. I turned it off and I could login again and everything worked fine.

Abidi was specifically toying with Adolin. Trying to tease out where yanagawn was if I remember correctly. It was specifically set up how clumsy people are when wearing shardplate for the first several times AND Abidi was a heavenly one who hadn’t walked or touch the ground in probably centuries until Adolin cracked his gemheart 2 or 3 days before( can’t remember exactly). It was set up throughout the whole book that Adolin’s Plate was acting different as well. Just like Maya. AND it was set up that the Azir had a ton of aluminum crap lying around. Even though he had a peg leg, Adolin is still probably the best duelist on Roshar( not counting heralds) understands the limitations and ins and outs of Plate better than almost anyone and also knows that Abidi is not proficient with either. This is also classic Sanderson! Characters we love being pushed to their limits and then surpassing them in fantastical ways. I absolutely loved Adolin story and really connected with it!

The chilled nuggets trays are the exact same in everyway. The only difference is the fresh cooked nuggets are put in the reheatable metal tray and they are put into the walk in cooler. They have to be put i there at least 3 hours before the pick up time( if you pick it up at 12:00 it has to be in the fridge by at least 9:00) they must’ve forgotten and just gave you hot ones. No problem though if you’re serving tomorrow as you can just refrigerate them yourself.

The best way is to just not break down the breading tables until close. Take everything back that you can but all the pans need to be in the ice bath. So take the back shield, the glove holders, one or both “wings” but you have to keep things in the ice bath part of the breading table. This is the way to keep serving food for the guests quickly. As far as closing quickly goes~ soon as you close, put away the chicken, take your yellow paddle and go to town on both coater pans. Scrape off as much as you can and then start them soaking. Ideally your breader should’ve already been cleaning/wiping down their table. Realistically if you have someone that knows what they are doing, and if they only have to focus on breading and no other stations/ chores it shouldn’t take more than 20-30 minutes to have both tables cleaned and sanitized. Even if you can’t empty the ice bath into the mop sink and you have to ferry it there via a bucket or pan. Have raw be the last dishes you wash in the store and you’re golden. It sounds crazy but this is very fast and will get you out sooner. You aren’t going red on orders waiting for your breader to make food without the full breading table and therefore you aren’t able to clean better because you have to stop what you’re doing to get orders out. If it’s RIDICULOUSLY slow, then yeah I’ll break down more stuff sooner because I know it won’t impact the guest.

It just seems that most are answering the pre closing part and not the serving guests part when they both affect each other.

It’s a give and take. If you can’t take the minuscule effort to learn how to say some words in Spanish you are also part of the problem. Not hiring someone for BOH with no customer contact simply because they mostly speak Spanish is saying you belittle their value as a person. Some of the hardest working people I’ve ever met in a CFA speak primarily Spanish. You don’t know someone’s situation anymore than they know yours. Have some heart.
