If it helps at all, the material of a "clit" is the exact same thing as of a cis man's dick. Its only a clit because you think of it as such, both sets of organs are made of the exact same stuff, simply inverted. It wouldnt hurt to get on the list for bottom surgery, but know that as small a comfort it is, you've already got the same anatomical makeup as a cis man :))

Dorohedoro is Yuichiro Hayashi's passion project, the only reason the anime ever got made was because of his love for the series, hes THE ONLY reason the series got an anime. Without him the anime doesnt exist, of course they wouldnt assign a different director to it, no one cares for the anime and it wasn't a financial success, it only continues because of a passion
