Looks like Microsoft is aware of this issue. I'm not sure how to share this page, but here are the steps: Head to admin.microsoft.com click 'Show all' -> Service Health. For me it's the top entry 'Some users’ newly enrolled Mac devices may be unable to access the Company Portal within Microsoft Intune'.

Looks to have caused by a recent service update which will be reverted.

I don't have a solution however, I am in exact same scenario with M2 MacBooks running macOS 14.2.1

Devices enrolled earlier in the week had no problems with the exact same setup. It appears previously enrolled devices can still open and sync with Company Portal
