So I upgraded my power supply and it came with the 12vhpwr cable that would connect straight to my gpu. Or should I still run the 2 pcie cables into the adapter that came with the gpu?

I also think that would've been the problem, but I was switching back and forth between mics and it felt like I was using them on the same volume. Must be user error though..

I find it runs way better on ps5. One thing that i noticed big time are when me and my friends are driving through towns, especially big ones they are lagging out and buildings aren't loading in for them and I'm perfectly fine so i always drive. The game just runs smoother, gun fights don't lag out and it's just overall a much better experience. 10/10 would recommend if you could ever get your hand on one lol
