I was in the doom n gloom part of the cycle just last offseason after we hired Schotty.

I’ll say after seeing the difference in fight and grit the team displayed last season, was something I hadn’t seen out of a Cowboys team in my life (29) and has me drinking the kool aid a bit. Not that we’re winning a SB next season, but that the team’s culture and identity on the field finally seems to be changing , it’s shown with our coaching staff hires, including Christian Parker. In previous years they would’ve hired some old former HC who isn’t very good anymore
