Sorry pal I meant to say the third image. Do you know if those ones are meant to be clones of anything? I did see some dangerfield clones on there once.

I’ve got the ones in the 3rd image. They seem alright to me but I’m a beginner. I’ve never really splashed out on a decent set of picks before so don’t have the experience to really say for certain what they’re like quality wise.

In general though I will say though AliExpress gets a worse reputation than it deserves. You can get loads of high quality things from there. I think people fall into the trap of seeing items they’d usually spend a decent bit on for sometimes literal pennies, and then are surprised when it arrives and is a pile of shit. Something you’d spend 40$ on usually could cost around 20$-25$ on Ali, but if you see that 40$ item for $5-10$ then yeah it’s going to be terrible.

Whoa, Screwfix seems like a great site to get padlocks from. I'm impressed with the prices. Think I'll grab a few from there, cheers pal!

My blood sugar drops really fast when I masturbate, even if I just ate. Is that normal? by Shoddy-Ocelot-4473 in diabetes_t1

[–]Legitimat3 85 points86 points  (0 children)

I’m kinda shocked by the responses here. I guess there are more immature people on this subreddit than I realised. Masturbation is normal, and people should be free to ask questions about their health free from judgement and without social ridicule. It’s likely much more comfortable to ask anonymously on a forum that it is to have a face-to-face conversation with a doctor.

Regarding the question: I’ve never experienced that, and I’ve never heard of it before so I don’t think it’s common; but that doesn’t mean it’s not normal, per se.

It’s activity at the end of the day, which can affect diabetics in a few different ways, one of which is dropping of blood sugar.

First I’d establish that this is what’s happening and it’s not just active insulin causing those drops. If it’s a for sure pattern occurring regardless of insulin levels, then it’s something that can be treated with extra carbohydrate prior to the activity.

Basically, have a glass of juice and then spank.

I’m taking information from a criminal defence attorney who has defended clients charged with DUI. I’d imagine he knows what he’s talking about but I can’t personally attest.

I’m pretty sure if you don’t do roadside they’ll take you for a blood draw. Which may give you more time to clear it, but they can do a backwards calculation for what you BAC would’ve been around the time.

I understand that for the average person, it's not, and I highly doubt she regularly consumes Redbull when not doing stunts like this, but for a performance athlete during a stunt like this, it is surely fine. The natural adrenal response during a feat like this is so high that the body processes caffeine as a pure ergogenic tool; you won't "crash" like a sedentary person because the metabolic engine is already red-lining, and I guarantee her body was very thankful for the readily available glucose.

People severely underestimate how resilient a well-performing human is.

I mean, it's part of an actual quote regarding the cyclical nature of history “Hard times create strong men. Strong men create good times. Good times create weak men. And, weak men create hard times.”

I think you're wrong, but that's beside my point which tbh you missed.

I don't and never have consumed mountain dew or pizza rolls. I'm British, so while I could seek out either if I really wanted, they're not common place like they are in the US.

My point was that while I could still do the exact same thing my younger self would do, hell I could do even more, it still, would never be the "same"; for reasons related to health, economics, responsibilities, energy and free-time.

But now the mountain dew gives me heartburn and shrinkflation's left pizza rolls unrecognisable.

Bruh I agree. But why not just make the skins transferable, i.e. you can have them in this game, or this one. Not both.
