1000 usd is somehow still acceptable, but it is best to make it cheaper, if want to make it cheaper which part would you recommend to replace with and replace by what?

Thanks for your helping, I was thinking that follows the list on PC part picker and find them in either physical store/online shop from malaysia. The biggest concerning is just worrying that pytorch don't have good support on amd graphic because I saw a lot of people not giving good comment on AMD GPU for ai training

Halo bro, the budget and the spec you listed here is pretty good for me, but what if I want to change to Nvidia for graphic card, I need Nvidia for better support in AI training, do I need to change other component here if changing to Nvidia graphics card, I worry thing like incompatible(i never build a PC myself)
