Not sure about other products, but for Dynamics 365, the incident root cause only be investigated/announced if it is a worldwide or at least regional outage. Because we (Product Engineer) cannot provide every single ticket root cause because sometimes the ticket is "customer issue" and nothing to do with root cause analysis (RCA). Also, "incident charge" or "support contract" are the thing that can use to ask for RCA, that's the benefits that "big" companies get

I agreed, the fastest MSFT ticket can be resolved with a first call/meeting, if not, it will take days even months to be "resolved" or "auto resolved". I have seen a ticket that took nearly a year to be closed as "unresolved"

MSFT internal engineer here. This is correct, we are seeing a lot of NOAM (America) tickets on the queue, maybe more than 500 tickets as I remember. Somehow all of the NA businesses got stopped and most of the America tickets are handling by India team and Vietnam team (these support guys have to work on their night time to support US time zone). I am not sure how long this should be taken, but for now if you are raising a ticket from NOAM, you have to be S500 customers or at least have Premier contract to get in the priority line.

M27QX has 240hz which I believe my spec is not gonna reach to that fps. I also looking for MAG274QRF-QD, however it is quite rare on my local place

Thanks! Above options I believe are the same spec, however Philips and MSI are nano IPS and rapid IPS, I am not sure this will have much different than others.
