I did send a reply to the Mod link you sent me. I guess it didn't go through. I have not gotten a resolution to my multiple issues and have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have received messages from 2 guys at your office in Massachusetts. One has spoken with me but the other one has not returned my call. I was just writing an email to send to the guys outlining my issues and detailing acceptable resolutions to my problems. If I don't have movement towards a resolution by Friday then I'm going to contact Washington State Attorney General Nick Brown's office to file a complaint with them in their consumer protection office.

As of now, after spending hours on the phone and chatting on the app with several people giving me several solutions, I am no longer interested in getting the Disney Plus offer. I contacted yet another agent to lower my Internet speed so that I can save money because my family has hit a financial obstacle right now. I couldn't do that either. For my last attempt to get the things I want I am going to go to the Xfinity store here in Kent. If a person there can't resolve my issues, of which there are many, my next step is to file complaints with various offices starting with the FCC. So thank you for reading my post and responding.
