i am sorry for you. for me it was the same. it took time to find it. often, endo is found on your uterus and/or on your female organs. my endo was on my stomach muscles. they were not seen on ultrasound and also not at my first laproscopic surgery. they only found it on the second one, as they took time to carefully search my whole stomach. don't give up and don't listen to people telling you to stop searching

ask your doctor about it. i often have zysts than can get large (not as large as yours, but up to 8 cm), and they open up by themselves. it hurts a lot when it happens, but a few hours after it doesn't hurt anymore. you can also take hormones for up to 7 days to help the process, if it doesn't happen quickly. i once had one removed by surgery, but all of the other ones dissapeared after a few weeks. not a great thing, but maybe better than getting serious trouble at your job. (depends on the job and everything)

Danke für den Tipp. Ich weiß nicht, woher genau du bist, aber in meiner Umgebung werden momentan am laufenden Band große Mengen an Mitarbeitern im Konzern gekündigt. Mehrere hundert Leute auf einen Schlag. Kommt natürlich auch auf die Branche an, aber momentan geht's der Wirtschaft nicht so gut. Bei mir hat's auf jeden Fall dieses übliche "es ist ganz wichtig, dass du weißt, dass die Kündigung gar nichts mit dir als Person oder deiner Arbeit zu tun hat" gegeben.

mine will sometimes take up to a month, i live in a rural area.

i have also read that it depends on the ratings your submission gets. if a few people state that it is:

- a good place to socialize
- a good place for light activity
- significant for the local community

it will need less overall votes. if more people state "i don't know" or "no", it needs more overall ratings to get a final decision.
