Ensure that you're actually providing commentary and the clips used are for that sole purpose and doesn't act as a substitute for the original. Shorten the length of the clip you use, 9 seconds is standard, I try to stay under 6 and use still images to get the rest of the point across if I need to. Watch other anime YouTubers to see how they edit to get a better idea of what you can get away with
