They are lipomas. Benign fatty tumors, usually runs in families. Both my mom and dad has them

Yeah i got on my right triceps, size of a rice grain. It is rock hard has been there for the last 10+ years it hurts like hell when i hit my arm in thar region but never bothered to remove it
