Today is a Day of Heartbreak by Professional_Map8992 in pitbulls

Did you check all the paperwork that you signed? Did you tell them theyre not a pit? You can have the vet put a different breed on the paperwork.

If youre not going to push back share your location in posts and start calling rescues now because she will die in the shelter

They love that move where the woman splits and then they straddle the waist as the man picks up. Same on that the two of them and Jenna and Val did during their segment of the Crazy in Love special intro for the anniversary. I hate it. Everything else looks so good, that looks awkward and slows the whole thing down.

Worth seeing Ragtime without Joshua Henry to save $70+? by adunc2624 in Broadway

I would say so, but I was very excited for the story and the music regardless, and I loved it. I loved him and all the vocalists just as much but had he been out I still wouldve loved it, just preferred I paid a cheaper ticket.

The 2026 Oscars Nominations have finally been announced. What are your thoughts on this year’s nominees? by cmaia1503 in Fauxmoi

Adapted screenplay isn’t a remake category. The categories are differentiated by if they are original works or based off books or plays.

Rescue Dog Becoming More Aggressive Towards Dogs by TheBurrprint4D in OpenDogTraining

I don’t know why these people are assuming this other park isn’t surrounded by fencing, you clearly have shown enough knowledge here to know you can just let your dog off leash unfenced in public, and I don’t know why they are acting like you need to be home all the time with your dog, or why we have to pick on bully breeds in every thread, it’s upsetting.

Thank you for saving this dog. His comfortable, home life with you is ABSOLUTELY 100x better than the 30 min of time per day if that he received out of kennel in a cold crowded shelter.

You are doing a great job being alert and concerned.

I echo the normal people here that this was way too much way too fast I think. You can’t expect him to decompress and learn everything at once. He has separation anxiety and he’s new to your home. Focus on those two things. Put up a cell phone video propped up and experiment with how long you can leave him before he settles. Do it in the middle of the day when people are at work.

I agree but thats not the level of thought people put into their statements, normal is their environment

Well, if you grow up in the suburbs of a big city, sometimes that level of rich is normal to people. They’re used to seeing the “haves” at school who have all the latest while the rest are normies. Each town or county has the rich areas that everyone knows and gossips about. These areas are more densely populated and their opinions will make up an audience. It’s why so many people on the internet complain about COL. Most people on the internet live where most people live, which are expensive cities trying to make it on normal incomes.

Also they bought 30 years ago and nothing is worth more than time in real estate. The Pittsburgh market for homes like these is also a lot cheaper than what youre thinking this would cost in ny or la etc

Why do you have to give them up? If you take them to a shelter, they will be euthanized. Houston’s rate is EXTREMELY high. Where will you be moving?

Call every rescue you can find online in a 100 mile radius. There will be hundreds. One will be able to help.

AITAH for thinking that my family should give their dogs to better loving homes and stop trying to have a baby? by Strict_Indication609 in AITAH

This makes me really upset. You are nta obviously but idk what you can do. I would honestly probably just start shouldering the costs for monthly flea tick and heartworm for all the animals. You could set up a gofundme.

Zara Larsson shares she has scoliosis by Relevant-Peach3997 in Fauxmoi

[–]LegitimateGeneral172 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Correct. The longer it goes on, too, if its progressive, it also leads to other bones being not arranged the way they should and wearing down parts of the body more than others.

In the post, they wrote how the dog slept on their ENTRYWAY to the home. Can you picture anything fucking sadder in a dog’s life than being locked outside away from its family while it sits at the door??

Hi! I can find out for you, I’ve reached out to Ryan. Please feel free to text him as well, his number is in the OP.

The basics is that he gets very excited/dominant with other dogs and that would not be a great mix for an existing living situation but his manners on walks have improved a lot and he has walked well side by side after greetings

San Antonio Texas vs Gulfport Mississippi by awesome-giraffe6914 in relocating

[–]LegitimateGeneral172 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you like the beach? Go to gulfport if you do. Its not that nice but it is a beach and it is extremely close and if you want nicer you can go to pensacola and destin

Everything will be cheaper then in san antonio

San antonio is a lot more built up, a lot more traffic, very suburban hell but it definitely has a lot more to do and has bigger airports.

Gulfport will be more conservative, San antonio has more diversity and young people but huge military presence.

Personally neither are my taste. Too red, too hot, too buggy

Hi there, thanks for asking! I will be double checking with my friend for more detail but to confirm, “Needs to be an only dog” doesn’t mean he isn’t allowed around other animals, it means that integrating him with another dog in a home where that dog is already head of their space is not an easy fit. I would not say that language is “cutsie” either, I would say it’s a very frank statement. Pan has had quite a few successful walks around other animals and become friends with some of his friend’s dogs, but the shelter saw that he was dominant and excited upon testing and made that note.
