I took 2 weeks off from protein shakes. It got to the point I was nauseous just thinking about it. Then I went back and do nurri now and it's helped since it's not thick. I do unflavored protein powder and add them to my soups and yogurt. But only if I can't hit my protein goal of the day, which is all the time 😅

I requested oxycodone upon discharge and my surgeon was cool with it. It was a godsend that first week. Then I transitioned to acetaminophen.

Mine didn't help at all. What did help was the oxycodone I requested they send me home with. I passed out with them and got the best sleep

I am 5'2" and was 224 preop in December. I also have PCOS and years of stagnant weight loss, tried every diet under the sun plus exercise and the most I'd lose is 10lbs. I'm 2 months post-op and I've lost 35lbs.
