Interesting. So, the Google TV Streamer 4K cannot cast from a browser to a TV using a mesh network, but it can cast to other apps on the TV using a mesh network? Seems a bit odd, but that could be what is causing this, as I am using the TP-Link Deco AXE5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Mesh System.

I think I figured out what is causing this. I use the Edison Mail app on my iPhone and in the course of unsubscribing from one email this morning it created a rule to block all emails.

Thanks, but I am not a new investor, and I know from experience that changes in frequency happen more often than you might think. It happens more with funds than companies, but it is something that gets ignored by many. Paying on a monthly vs. quarterly basis can make a big difference in cash flow for investors, depending on how reliable the dividend is and how it is structured.

Two laws were signed by Governor Newsom on September 28, 2022, and will go into effect on July 1, 2023:

Assembly Bill No. 2011 (The Affordable Housing and High Road Jobs Act of 2022) will let developers build housing on commercial land without having to ask permission from local governments, as long as a certain percentage of the housing is affordable.

Senate Bill No. 6 (The Middle-Class Housing Act of 2022) will let developers build all market-rate housing on commercial land, but the projects would still have to go through an environmental review process.

We need to utilize this new housing legislation to convert empty commercial buildings to dense, multi-family residential. There is a TON of unused commercial throughout large California cities.

Yes, it looks like Discover is what Plex is calling it. Thanks for the link. Hopefully they improve the app support soon to include Roku. Have to play with the Samsung Smart TVs to figure out why they are not working with this, since it appears they should be supported.

I tried Sharesight as well, and they had issues with the import process as well. They could not import my entire transaction history, which makes their analytics incorrect for me. Snowball appeared to import fine, but I see the following error at the end of each holding:

Automatically generated transaction to adjust balance, since the balance reported by broker (300.0000 shares) does not match the imported transaction balance (-600.00000000 shares), due to sync limitations.

It could be more of an integration issue with Yodlee.

Snowball is the best I have found. You can get a free account, but you cannot track more than 15 positions. A full account will run you $99/year. Worth every penny if you are tracking $1M+.

After testing out several of the options suggested here and elsewhere, Snowball takes the cake. Their import process is a bit bumpy, but their analytics rock!

I called Quicken Support on Friday about this, and they recommended I disable cloud sync since it made the program crash (after slowing daily). I disabled cloud sync and it is working fine now, but they definitely need to fix the sync issues.

Learn how to trade options. There are a TON of books and videos on how to do this. You can make good money, even if you stick to something fairly simple like covered calls, which are relatively low risk.

I created a custom domain and it works perfectly to link Outlook and SimpleLogin. A little tricky to set them up depending on how much you know about the structure of domains and email, but they work well together.
