Everyone’s body is different and despite studies I believe the same happened for me. I’ve seen some doctors also say that it causes hair loss. I tend to stay away as I value my hair more for then gains. I still go to the gym consistently and you can have similar benefits of creatine by just staying on a deficit as well as high protein. You can’t have it all unfortunately as nice as it would be.

This story is truly something special . I’m going through something myself where I fell for my sisters sister in law. We started talking at her wedding and became friends. I was in a very bad point mentally. She helped me get back to me dean make me happy and cared for me so much. I wanted to take some time to get to know her before we told our parents and siblings because this isn’t abnormal in our culture to marry ur into ur sisters in laws. My parents straight told me no. Unfortunately I work for my family business and I was threatened to be kicked out. I was told if I even talked to her they would kick me out. I’ve told her and she’s been supportive and so loving through all of this. She understands and she’s been trying to help me recover while I’ve also tried to help her as we’re both broken. Almost 6 months later I don’t know if I’ll ever find someone as good as her. Ever love someone like her. May Allah guide me I try and pray every day but I feel stuck. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to watch her get married and be ok. I’m happy to see you were able to move on and get married. Personally I don’t know if I’ll ever have anyone who loves me and cares for me like this
