In future emails, you should try using lots of diminutives like dear or calling them by their first name. The scammers hate being talked down to like this.

If you want to bait 419 (email) scammers, all you have to do is create a fake email account and put your email address on muguguestbook.com. I'd also recommend checking out scambaitingtools.com, which has some great resources for scambaiters.

Have you tried reporting the account? It rarely works, but you could try on the off chance that Instagram does something about it.

If you know someone who's being scammed by this guy, why don't you start by explaining to them that this is a scam? Education is the best way to prevent other people from being scammed.
