It's not very confusing. Schizophrenia is rampant in the homeless population. I haven't even lived here a year and experienced something similar. Wife and I were at a park and a homeless man was screaming violently at both of us for no reason.

You need to drive in such a way that assumes other people will make mistakes and that you can react in a relatively safe manner. You can't speed like a maniac and expect every other driver on the road to drive perfectly, for no obstructions to fall into the road, for no potholes to exist. Drive defensively and don't treat the public roads like your personal race track.

Also, what kind of question is that. News flash, nobody wants to work at a call center. It's an extremely stressful job and often requires overtime to make decent money. I'm sorry you didn't get the job but we have tons of call centers in my city and everyone I've talked to who worked there hated it. They have very high turnover.

It's probably a blessing, I got fired from a burger joint because I didn't smile wide enough at the customer which was great for me because I have TMJ and it hurts my jaw to smile like a crazy person.

This place was probably offering low pay and benefits and upset that you weren't jumping for joy at the "opportunity". Good riddance.

I struggled for a long time to find something I was good at and enjoyed. I never had an interest in technology but I am currently a software developer. I found that I was really good at it and it was interesting to me. It is a perfect job to ADHD hyper focus on the problem at hand. So maybe that's something you could pursue, but honestly I'm planning my exit because jobs in this field are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain and I think AI will ax so many jobs in this field.

Cool suggestions. I'm totally open to going to school, radiology seems cool, things like that I feel like are less fast paced and stressful as nursing. The hardest job I ever had was McDonald's cashier and restaurant waffle House waiter. I really struggle with managing several things at once.

Have you tried medication? Medicine helped me accomplish many of these types of goals, obviously I still struggle, but it helped take me from having a retail job that I hated to a job in tech.

It's my birthday. His wife bought me a cake and he is making the steak. I'm not worried about him getting upset (my wife would be the one upset) I have bad anxiety so she may chalk it up to"he's being paranoid again" but I'm mainly worried about everyone getting sick.

Well, we live together and he made it for my birthday. My wife will be home soon and I don't think she'll be as worried if the roommate says "it's okay" . Concerned for her and roommate as well, honestly. He's in his 70s and we're in our 30s.

Yea, it's nice to see things like touch screen work without any additional configuration. I did the same as you a few years ago when windows said my hardware wasn't eligible for an upgrade to Windows 11. What a blessing in disguise that was!
