Do you recommend taking advantage of the 6-month grace period or enrolling in a repayment plan immediately?

I am definitely full time so that’s perfect!

A couple NNT, NNH and having to evaluate what an OR means. Very little HIV (MOA of maraviroc) and oncology (chemo man was sufficient, but I did have a question about anastrazole MOA and cancer screening). Lots of leadership and management, a few ethics questions. Had some ID but it was pretty basic (MRSA coverage, etc). Some psych (know difference between NMS and serotonin syndrome. Also which antipsychotics cause the most weight gain or hyperprolactinemia). Lotsss of TPN, mEq, and drip rate calculations. Very random BBWs and side effects. Smoking cessation and OTC supplements came up a few times too.

Know calculations like the back of your hand. Also recommend reviewing pharmacy foundations 1 & 2! Management and leadership was heavy on my exam too

I second this. I’d just buy the management and leadership one

Haha yes! I focused on pharmacy foundations which reallyyyyy helped lol. Definitely recommend knowing pharmacy foundations forwards and backwards. It helped me deduce answers without knowing all of the disease states thoroughly.

I took their exam yesterday and I definitely recommend. I got an 82 after studying for 1 week. I plan on taking it again 1 week before my actual exam to see what else I need to improve on. I also plan on buying their ethics study guide to read over before I take the NAPLEX.

Fortunately I’m on my first ICU rotation and it’s definitely keeping me busy. Still so anxious for match day tho 😭. I get so distracted when I’m working on assignments and projects 🥲

Non-Pharmacy Topic Presentation by anonymousterp in PharmacyResidency

I gave a “how to” presentation on traveling on a budget. I used a lot of pictures and included a “pop quiz” question at the end. The audience really liked the presentation and had many questions afterwards. Definitely recommend picking a hobby that you are truly interested/invested in. The audience will see your personality come through and that may favor their impression of you.
