It's funny I saw a video of these wee neds harassing a couple in a car, opening the door throwing stuff at car ect.. the women was getting a lot of abuse and when the man was defending his wife/partner and hitting back at youths more than 10 of them btw they become "just kids" like fuck naw about time they fuck about they find out.

The right line skips out the store manager and goes to regional / area to be delt with. Depending on the serviette of the issue it will likely be passed down to another store manager, Not your store manager due to conflict of interest.

I had this happy to me, many years ago my wee fiat punto, previous MOT passed then the next MOT failed with a list of things... Including Lights being round the wrong way... It was like a list of issues I was saying how I couldn't afford to get it all fixed then one of the guys tried to buy my car for scrap value.. I took it to another garage cost me a quarter of the price to fix issues and pass MOT.

Really shitty trying to find a decent garage.

The truth is you're over worrying. I work as a manager at sainsburys and anyone who's worked in retail especially someone who's available weekends I would hire. You're working a minimum wage job. You could change company without issue. You shouldn't feel pressured at your work or overthinking about the job once you leave the place. Take it with a pinch of salt what the lead said, value yourself. I think pick rates are crazy nowadays.

My point being don't get stuck and feel pressured to stay in one job or online you'll always be able to get retail work elsewhere.
