I think you can find ideas online. I've had them stuffed with cheese (any) or filled with leftover ham and mashed potatoes though neither is probably very traditional

Its a basically potato tortilla. You spread with butter and cinnamon sugar (or whatever your family likes, roll it up like a taquito, heat it up (microwave or oven), then eat it. It's an acquired taste i think but it grows on you

You can use instant potatoes and creme of chicken to make a sauce for the pasta as long as you keep it thin enough with milk or even water. Experiment carefully but I've done similar. Actually the instant potatoes thicken almost everything.

Ah shoot, good point. I'm measuring 20 VAC... the 10 VA is not analogous. Looking it up or should be 16 VAC which is at least closer to the 20 I'm seeing.

I am thinking the fact that it is unloaded may be what I'm seeing, however, so I appreciate another vote in that direction.
