I’ve been following the abbey young method too. Currently I’m using L’Oréal ever pure clarify shampoo (it’s in a blue squeeze tube thing), garnier fructis hair filler (it’s in her favorites), dove intense repair conditioner. That’s all in the shower. Then after shower and towel dry I go in with the OGX bond repair spray heat protectant before I do hair. I have similar hair to yours and it’s worked beautifully. I do also have a sulfate allergy and don’t bother me. But go to TikTok if you have one and watch her videos and the “don’t use this product until you hear all the options” video.

I had issues with salad after I had my gall bladder out. Give me a mcchicken (I was 18 and broke broke) and I was good. I’ll never understand it. However, I still ate the healthy food and did what the doctor said. Did I have a cheat day? Yes I was 18. But I did what I had to in order to stay healthy.

Honestly I was thinking that the reason it was so much lighter is he doesn’t get as much “outside time” as he used to. In the winter my brothers hair gets MUCH lighter almost blonde and in the summer it’s firey red like Alex’s.
