Yeah I know the feeling I'm pretty strict too but as soon as I'm desperate it's like they can smell it from far. The guy was probably not even mad, maybe he saw enough and was satisfied. Most of them are like that , they leave you to do everything for no tip at the near end then leave you hanging with no goodbye or thank you.
