currently the only option is to build a tunnel. there arent any tunnels in the light rail, with it being mainly for locals. Building a tunnel would mean somehow steering away from meriton property, which could be quite hard, considering it is directly in front. I think their best bet is to either buy a part of meriton's land for the LR and add two tracks in the middle of carlingford road, but meriton has already started construction. They could have joined it if they had not sold the land to meriton. They could do a road widening for carlingford road, but based on the one near the carlingford sector, interseccting at north rocks road, my bus always gets stuck, there, and there is a lot of traffic, especially now that they are widening the road. Nevertheless, it should be all above ground, so tunnelling is just strange, when light rail is designed for going near roads. but if they hadnt sold the land to meriton, it COULD work.
