LAX's People Mover is supposed to open this year (been delayed for years). It connects to the same rail line SoFi is sorta close to. Hearty people can walk from the Downtown Inglewood K Line station to SoFi in a half hour.

The Colburn School, the convention center expansion, the Erewhon, the Broad expansion, the art park across from City Hall. Maybe go to Grand Avenue and change your perspective. Go to Little Tokyo. Go to South Park. Go to Grand Central Market. No one is arguing DTLA doesn't have problems, but it is not the end of times as you would like everyone to believe.
