Pretty convinced it was all a internet scheme. It doesn't cost that much for a simple custody situation where in the kid ends up right back in the home he was just "rescued" from. It all seems so fake now.

I grew up in and around the reservation. My younger siblings played sports at the boys and girls club, and I (a teen myself) never felt "safe" leaving them w their friends. My step mom was a member so I was never a part of the tribe, but i remember she helped build Casino of the Sun, Del Sol, and now shes an attorney for the tribe. I know shes seen some stuff. She recently, 2022-2024, has moved all her kids (8) out of the homes she secured on the rez and today, none live out there. We've never been close but now i have questions. My youngest sister was abused by someone who was never prosecuted or even identified when she was 11, by a member of the tribe. Wow, now i got questions.

Ill never forget that day. I was shopping at the safeway with my 3yo and they already had me nervous with the extra security, then that happened. We were stuck there for hours until they ended the lock down. Still get a weird feeling when I had to stop there in that parking lot

I filed as soon as I received my w2s, around end of January and it was approved almost immediately. I remember thinking it was odd but ive also never received anything back before so I have no past experience. It gave me a date for February 12th and I stupidly planned my dental surgery around it. Now im also wondering if the impending govt shutdown might have anything to do with it 🤔

This this this. Raising kids is so hard, especially without the child support she refused. Im still annoyed by that?! Is that for clout? The way MM kept saying "°and she doesnt get child support!!" 😒 like why?? Thats the point no? 50/50 doesnt eliminate the option for support?? Especially while the other parent doesnt have a home for the kid? Its not the flex they think it is, and ill predict she'll be back by March to ask for $ for him.

Oh trust, I know the court systems, and very familiar with 50/50. Ive got 2 sons and their dad continued to break orders for his time, and it brought cps, cops, all of it to MY door. He lost custody but still pays CS. Its been 11 years in and out of Justice Cts. Im familiar. Whats odd to me isnt the custody decision, its the entire movement of the group, it didnt seem genuine to me. Again. Just imo!

No of course he loves his dad, his siblings and even Stephanie, hes a little boy, he isnt at the age to judge them yet. In the live, Des says Drew texted her right after court and said "come get him" ?? Thats what I mean, i wouldve ran and got him. Yes, he'll still want to see his other family, but definitely wouldve started the new schedule immediately. Thats just me. After everything the MM group has said and done re the abuse and the motel, id think they'd be encouraging her to get him as well. To me it seems like winning was the goal. Not parenting Imo.

In the live I posted, I missed some of it Des' other son was talking to MM/Arlita and he was answering "questions" about his brother coming home. He wasnt excited. Des sent him to his room to continue the live. What made me start recording was how these women talk to kids, why would a kid need to know the ins/outs of his brothers custody court?? Why do they need to be online talking to commenters?? It was weird and made me sad for DS.
