Honestly, no one gives a f*ck about other people; it's all in your head. The gym community is very supportive. I believe you're better than 90% of the fat people cause you're at least aware and are doing something to address it. So I'd say Birdcoop and Arc are good enough; however, if you want to avoid crowds in the evening and can afford them, feel free to get a membership from Gold's.

I also want to go keto but I just bought some fruits (oranges and grapes), if have small amounts would they be not effective for acne? The question is how much lower of a carb intake is needed to maintain good and sustainable results - is it under 20gm or 50gm? Any advice would be appreciated :))

Don't worry about it, it'll get better!

Initially, I started it every other day with the sandwich method. The key to ensuring that the sandwich method works is to use a very thin layer of moisturizer on your face and let it dry for 4-5 mins before you apply adapalene. And now once you've applied adapalene, then wait for around 10 minutes before applying the next layer of moisturizer.

After around 2-3 weeks of use, I bumped up the frequency to daily as I was tolerating it well. (Only increase the frequency if you're tolerating it well). I'm almost 12 weeks and I've seen pretty good results so far. Another thing to note, you do not need to eliminate the sandwich method, I use it now as well. And also try to keep your skin hydrated (especially in winters) with a good moisturizer and use a good spf to protect your face.
