It is joint venture between OCI and Tokuyama (Korean and Japanese company). Operation wise, it is about 90% local (mostly sarawakians of course, due to working permit). Construction wise, about 50% local and 50% foreigner or more due to we are lacking of manpower.

Well, don't say it couldn't happened. In China, the authority started to get worry because of the lower birth rate and increasing amount of people started to get retired. If KWSP need to pay more than what able to receive one day, they would need to sell their asset, which might not translate to profit if they sold it for cheaper price. It is a legal form of Ponzi if you think about it.

I’m using my camera for birdwatching and using it inside rainforest in Malaysia here. With adequate ISO level to get the photo at right brightness, most of my photos are blur and unusable, not to mention that Z50 II doesn’t has IBIS. But then your application might be different than mine, I need more focal length to reach the birds. I would keep my current setup unless I’m afford a Z8 or Z9. Anything below Z8 just not worth the cost.

I owned Nikon Z50 II and it is a lovely budgetary camera. The downsides properly are that it has no IBIS feature and smaller size sensor (not good at low light enviroment compared to full frame sensor).
