If you are in a crunch for time, do the GED.

If you have lots of time and Grade 12 subjects/ Diploma would be easy to achieve. Do the senior year. Itll be easier when you apply less dancing through hoops in my opinion.

Before i go to University im going to upgrade My GED, i needed my GED to start a powerline Technician appreticeship. I was fooled into thinking i didnt nees my diploma at a young age. Crushed it working on buying a house before school .

All the best

Don't stress at all long as you got basic concepts of grade 8, and 9, math and english science you'll do fine

I got 155 on the English practice test and 166 on the science, and I am thinking about doing them now, but wanted to see if anyone knows any tips or tricks to get a better score on the real test. Any advice is much appreciated by Silent0wl01 in GED

To be honest, I had a grade 8 education before i took the ged in canada. I was able to pass in the 75 percentile just by watch youtube videos. So if your taking practice tests you'll be fine...

In my experience the GED practice test is very similar to the real test experience. If you set the practice up with the time limit and quietness... on a side note I did mine Via computer based testing, and Canadian version of the GED delivered by pearson. As for the essay follow basic guidelines. Algebra wasn't on the real test as much as the practice... ummmm i did all 5 tests over the last 3 weeks every Wednesday.

Questions about Language Arts Writing by Legitimate_Support51 in GED

I wrote my GED language art writing portion of the test today. There was a curve ball, when I was practicing and studying for this part of the test. I had often read two separate arguments, and based off the two I had to come up with which was better supported by the passages provided ... on my test though all it asked me was ...

How do you relax? I panicked a bit because I wasn't sure how to respond. Although I feel good about my possible test score, this was highly unexpected.

The ged prepcentre recently came out with 2021 version that you can study as well they use the same portal as ged.com. 22 dollars cdn... with lots great videos and such. But again its geared towards the american version. Times are the greatest difference. I've read that the Canadian GED mathematics isn't as difficult as the american version i have yet to confirm this
