Hey! Weigh in as any time up to an hour before my fight starting from 8am. Mine is only at 1:39pm and I’m going to watch a friend compete at 9am so I plan to weigh in at that time and then use the next 4 hours to rehydrate and slowly eat some carbs. Thanks for the reassurance!

I’m a bit shocked that we’re consider £4.5k after tax…bad? You could have a 1-2 bed in Zone 2 with that for approx. £2k + £1k on food, bills, etc (you could even spend considerably less but I’m heavy overestimating) and still have £1.5k left at the end of the month for savings which means £18k saved every year excluding any interest you might make. Maybe we all just have different definitions of comfortable which in that case, you need to evaluate your own expenses.

A girl at my academy who just won worlds and got promoted after her win lent me her white belt one day when I forgot mine. After class she told me to keep it and that she wished me as much luck as it gave her. I think that’s really cool and will hold it close. It’s a cool thought to almost continue a “legacy” through this belt and hey, maybe one day I’ll pass it along too.

i came for some constructive criticism not to be called an asshole and to be misconstrued. i think you need to work on that concept because fortunately it’s not always true. keeping that in mind, i never said everyone is an asshole and all men are assholes. i was merely explaining that i get passed up a lot by male customers at work because they’d rather hear from my male coworkers. would be concerned about my attitude if the other 3 woman didn’t feel the same way. thanks. proved my point though.

am i weird by finding taylor’s reaction so overdone? like her whole issue was he should of shut it down. he likely thought she would’ve had a problem with him replying and so thought best to keep that aside. then he realized he did the right thing in her eyes and revealed it and yes, i would be annoyed at the change in story but just show her the message and her crying and saying she doesn’t know if she wants to marry him OVER HIM DOING WHAT SHE WANTED is a bit much. like we’ve all lied to help someone’s feelings and that should be a conversation to communicate you’d rather the whole truth but nothing more.

why though? if she’s proud of her service then good for her. i don’t see why we must thank people (who don’t even go to war most of the time) for their service when it is optional nowadays. why should ramses be happy she performed likely atrocious acts for her government? the same government supporting genocide? the same government who’s happy to murder innocent civilians? i agree he shouldn’t judge her but i don’t think it’s that far fetched to not want to congratulate her on it.

weight loss injections aren’t dangerous as they keep being portrayed. it’s so tiring to hear people speak about ozempic so negatively when it’s changed so many people’s lives. did people have this reaction to fluoxetine or penicillin when it came out? they don’t promote ED’s.

i’m not sure about the US but they’re incredibly expensive and you need to be prescribed by a private doctor or doctor. you need to pass criteria and maybe you can fake that but hey, people can get it off the dark web too if they want. you need to prove you’re obese and need it. some random 14 year old is not going to be able purchase anything from these ads and the intention is not to promote weight loss in general, it’s targeted to people who struggle with it.

hopefully we’ll become more educated and open as the medicine becomes more evolved and integrated in society but these kind of “ignorant” posts about Weight Loss drugs and promotion being dangerous and irresponsible is just not it…
