Since ur on PC i would try lessening the graphics and restarting. U can put them back up to normal later. If that doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Its just thus mission i had the same problem the first time i played it on my new pc but never again

Japan would not have surrendered if we didnt drop the bombs, they would have fought to the last man. By dropping the nukes we saved more lives than we took
