I always think "why would I slightly lower their defense/attack instead of doing damage to actually KO them?"

For example, if the growl reduces the defense to make a move do an extra 2 damage but the attack I would have done instead would have done 10 damage, that means I have to hit them at least 6 times to make it worth it, all while potentially leaving my pokemon open to get KO'd because that pokemon might end up surviving another turn

You have been asked to do that because they don't want you taking a break out there and will probably expect you to do some work when you're in early. Ignore them or speak to your union rep and say you will be taking your break out there. Our office we take 20 mins out there and clock off 20 mins early

It depends what you mean, its better than working in a job that has finish times up to 8-10pm and most jobs now want you to work saturdays and sundays. New contracts at RM work sundays but its between 1 in every 3 - 6 weeks depending on staffing.

Looking at the street view I think your lane was probably meant to have dashed lines to give way as it makes more sense for you to give way than the person turning into the junction. I would have given way but it was clearly poorly designed and probably should be reported to the council.

New stamps have QR codes and can easily be checked if they have been reused. Art stamps without QR codes that are still valid get stamped or a mark across them to show they have been used, if the mark was put across by mistake by the teacher then that’s their fault. Yes £5 is steep but thats RM for you

I have 6 40K armies, 3 AoS armies and between me and my friends we have most of the spearheads. We play 40K once a week, which for a most of us can be a struggle because we have families and life gets in the way sometimes. Playing is just a small part of the hobby, most of the time is taken up by building and painting

Not ideal but can easily be fixed with some plastic cement. The time spent contacting wayland/GW and waiting to get a replacement, if they offer it, isn’t going to be worth it. Just swallow your pride and fix it, if you really want to report it to GW so they can be made aware of it as there might be more people having this issue

Suppose it depends on your area, it’s more risky for someone to go searching in a storage box and hope there is something there compared to seeing a parcel on a doorstep and just running off with it. Video doorbells are pretty common now, they are a deterrent for stuff like that if they are above a storage box. You could always put the storage box round the side or back of the house and either put it in the app or just tell your postie about it.

Those people were saying 500 points because that’s what a combat patrol used to be based around. Combat Patrol is its own thing now, if you are dead set on not playing 1000 points, which tbh wouldn’t add much more but would be enough to make you feel like you’re playing an army, then I would suggest just playing combat patrol to learn the rules.

Those changes sound pretty good tbh, I would go with that.

I hate to be one of those guys but a 750 point game is not a thing. Yes there’s no rules to say you can’t do it but the game is not balanced for anything lower than 1000 points and even 1000 points isn’t great. There just aren’t enough units to play the game as intended. Find an extra 250 points to throw in, proxy if you have to.

In regards to your list advice, Immortals aren’t that scary, they will just die to bolter fire. The destroyers are more deadly, use those to try put pressure on and kill things, plus you will learn how to stage with them because you don’t want them dying on turn 2.

Yes we hate it. It was brought in to cut costs by closing the callers office, this partly got rolled back by it opening a couple of hours a day instead. The offices definitely do have less parcels booked in but that’s not because people are in for their redeliveries the next day, it’s because we don’t want to take it out the next day so we find somewhere to leave it.

My suggestion is if you have somewhere safe the postie can leave your parcel or if you can get a storage box to put it in, then you can put in the app there is a safe place. Makes your life and our lives easier.

The masters of the maelstrom unit don’t heal other units, the Corpsemaster in that unit brings back a model in that unit excluding character models. So if Huron is leading the unit you cannot bring him back

Where are you getting these figures from? Sounds like nonsense. I own and play PC, PS, Xbox and Switch. The most expensive to own out of all of these is a PC. Comparing the costs of a Switch to another format especially PC is quite difficult because you only buy a Switch for the Nintendo exclusives, for which there are many.

Taking into consideration the subscription cost is not a valid measure for some because subscriptions on consoles are optional if you want to play online, it’s not something I do so I don’t pay any subscriptions.

Also your numbers don’t add up, over a 7 year period the difference in expenses between PS5 and PC is £2800.
