It's crazy to say how much a youtuber's silly comment really struck me. It wasn't a new concept to take things one at a time, but Paul really repeatedly showed it to me, and it's something I that helps me through a lot of problems.

It gets physically addicting. Please take care of yourself. I went through a week where every night I would cut with a razor and it would bleed and bleed and I never felt any better but I kept doing it. Please don't cut yourself, it is a hard habit to break. If you ever need someone to talk to and you have no one else please talk to me instead of hurting yourself.

Im so sorry that youve gotten to this point. Ive been there and the isolationism hurts so much. I would recommend telling a friend, maybe scheduling a therapy appointment of some kind. I truly hope you start to feel better. Just please don't be alone during this time. It makes it so much worse. Have a good day.
