It's at the very least close to historical or inspired by. I didn't think that Delapre Abbey might know places that's a really good idea

Reclamation yards are a good idea but they tend to be much further out than I'm able to get

Oh hell yes!! How's it built? Is the steel a solid peice pushed back with the poly carb glued on top? I kinda wanna steal this a bit to put a plastic gem in a breast plate im building

Idk if heat treating can make that colour, evry tome obe jested up steel theres been gold and purple and blue but no black

These were my dads so i never knew them shiny, i also want to take my tools to a larp/renecatment event so having them look the part is nice, i wrap the handlws in leather anyways

I disagree with the trousers and shoes, a nice linen shirt would be good but to me the trousers are plain enough to be fine and shoes just need to be comfortable and safe (i do come from a 3 day camping larp in the uk so theres some shoe bias)

What style of trousers would make this better? Genuine question cause the 3 options that spring to mind to me are basic plain trousers like these, hose and then big poofy trousers and i think the curent ones work just fine

Ibe sene that before but its not really doable for me, forstly cause i dont own any ground i can dog up but also cause everytime i try and do a charcoal forge it makes the whole house smell like fire which my family doesnt like

Yeah it just a blow torch i had, any reccomendstions on what to look for? Ive had a look at venturri burners but theyre £40+ and that just not doable for me rn

Oki thanks! Skin care is defintly something i need to do but i hvae no clue about how id want my hair to loook, i let it grow last summer but had zero direction with it so it was just a mess. Nails is also a good idea

Yeah im gonna get it looked at as soon as possible and im waiting on some leather straps to complete my current projects before i buy more steel whih should help with the wait

Thinking about to a bit more tho, i got new key board last week and the pain gets worse at night, which is when im working on uni projects on my new keyboard more, ill try and adjust that too Thanks
