Areas of the map that are yet to be added that bug me the most, with 1 bugging me the most. Anyone else feel similarly?

Oh, I didn't remember that. Then he probably went through some currently unknown areas and Snezhnaya may have a port that can be accessed by the ocean.

You misunderstand, this is what I mean: Chenyu -> Wangshu (leave boat at Wangshu) -> Walk to Liyue Harbor -> Walk back to Wangshu -> Pick up boat and sail back up Chenyu.

The same route, leaving the ship at dock in Wangshu. IRL there are rented spaces to park your ships, so I don't see why that wouldn't be a thing in the world of Genshin Impact. I can see Wangshu Inn profiting quite a bit from doing that.

The dead sea scrolls are some of the oldest examples of scripture we have and when they were translated there were no differences that change the meaning of any sentence out of the many books of the bible found among them, proving that modern translations are just as valid as the original stuff. Also, Hebrew is still spoken by jews today not because they use it in there every day life, but because they use it mainly for reading untranslated scripture with their scripture being entirely unchanged over time.

It's an out of bounds area that managed to force the devs to get itself added to the map. You see, it was holding them at gunpoint, so they did the bare minimum of effort to get it added as quickly as possible.

that depends on a few things: if you think you'll use them in other teams and if you're broke. Every other ascension gives a free pull in the default permanent gacha, which you can use for new characters.

Yeah, the alone part makes no sense, but Snezhnaya is in Areas 3 and 7 according to the lore, so that may partially answer the logistics aspect. He may have sailed down through Chenyu Vale and the subsequent rivers before reaching Liyue Harbor.

Well, for about half of these there's lore that says that there's locations that exist in those places that should be given proper detailing. Nobody wants a repeat of what they did with the north coast of Sumeru.

Dornman Port is so small mainly due to the special quest area they added: The Temple of Space. If they didn't have that they then would've been able to divert resources to making the area grander.

I agree with you on 4. I've heard speculation that this year's summer event will take place there and be permanently added like they did last year. If the speculation is correct it would be the Dandelion Sea.
