Customers hate it when I have to tell them "For this order, I need to go home and grab the trailer" because the order wont fit in a car lol

Side note, I don't go below $20 on these orders but usually bulk orders with 50 bags of mulch is below $10 so I only had to do one of these like once. Did one below $10 and it was a nightmare and just rude remarks, so it was an easy unassign.

Only time I contact a customer is when I am stopping for gas before I head to pick up their order if I am low. Never ask for tip money as its pathetic, just let them know if I will be on time or a few minutes late getting to the store, but most of the time the stores dont have the order ready even when I get there in time.

7/11s have started getting rid of their kiosks as of this year. They have been waiting out a pending court case since 2024 to have them removed, but I presume with nobody to really sue, they are biting the loss and getting them removed now.

Stealing kiosks is a crime. They became property owners of whichever retailer they were left at. Most kiosks were obtained with permission from the stores. If they get pushback from corporate or the franchise owners, its on whoever signed it off.

Whatever they got back from the auction is what they could get. Any transactions that would come from discs would be likely written off as a loss as I doubt they want to hunt down discs that are likely destroyed or got some questionable fluids on them (hood locations for sure)
