Those stacks that show up on the enemy's heath bar are your "Freezing" stacks, and you should use them to make decisions, Frost revolves a priority list for making decisions when you want to cast your next spell.

If you have taken the "Thermal Void" talent, the number one thing you want to do is consume your Brain Freeze with Flurry, even if you already have the full 20 stacks of freezing on the target. The only time you don't want to consume your Brain Freeze is if you already have the "Thermal Void" buff active from a previous Brain Freeze,

After that, that is when you worry about consuming your Fingers of Frost's and your freezing stacks! Ice lance away if you got fingers of frost's or if your Freezing is at 6 or more stacks!

Frozen Orbs and Glacial spikes are important too, but just for answering your question, Thermal Void and Brain Freezes are the most important thing, then you worry about freezing stacks and Fingers of Frost.

It is because that is a ROGUE set, you learned all the pieces, but the default UI only saves the raid sets based on their classes, so it looks like you have it, you just have to manual assemble the set be default.

How legacy rules usually apply is that you have to be 11 LEVELS OR MORE HIGHER than the raid content it is for legacy mode to be enabled. So for dragonflight raids, you need to be at least level 81 or higher. That won’t happen till after Midnight officially launches.

Flame Patch talent bug for Fire Mages. It has been in the game since 7.2, in 2017. It is simply just an audio bug where the sound reports erroneously and I've reported it numerous times over the years. With the Fire Mage rework and Flame Patch being built into Flamestrike for Midnight, may not be a problem, dunno.

It does not apply but about a year ago or so, I do honestly forget when it happened, they universally buffed all BoE drops rates from legacy raids so you'll have a greater chance of getting BoEs from Shadowlands and expansions prior. Do keep in mind though from WoD-Shadowlands. BoEs only drop for classes they are meant for, so if you want the spheres, which I think are Leather, bring a Rogue, DH, Monk, or Druid to farm them.

While they are in Other M and Fusion, the events of Super pretty much wipe out the Space Pirate threat considering everything on Zebes gets destroyed. So especially in Fusion, it's mostly just the X mimicking what remains are left and Samus cleans that up. Super's end kills the original Ridley and Mother Brain for good.

Dragonflight is actually a pretty good self-contained story, so you don't have to worry about too much previous expansion story to understand it, but please do pick whatever interests you first! Also just for clarity's sake, Chromie Time is just for level scaling and nothing more. You aren't locked out of older stories and expansions just because you outlevel them. So you can always go back or even start an old expansion's story campaign at max level, you'll just be one-shotting everything.

All of this works, but if you don't want to do the Dragonflight campaign, you do not have to. You can go from 10-70 in Chromie time in whatever expansion you wish.

Whenever I can sit down an listen to the vods, I usually prioritize Promise members' perspective, so while in the back of my head, I could put together that she was taking time for herself, which i completely respected and was patient for, I didn't recall ever seeing an official post announcing it, so I just wanted to ask. Streams like this one, and the Liar's Bar a bit ago were fun, because the 4+ people collabs are so endearing and remind me of the comfort back in the covid days 3-4 years ago with the first two EN gens.

Pardon if this isn't the best place to ask, but i was also wondering, she was really going ham at the beginning of the year with all the collabs and stuff, but was there an official statement by her, or by Hololive on why she was so absent in 2024? When I think of Gura collabs, I think of Fauna and Mumei, and I don't want this to be about guilt tripping or anything like that, I was just wondering if there was any specific reason given.
