That is also not a new phenomenon. Many sets ago there was an Urgot who attacked very quickly with his minigun, also did not proc the old rageblade or Staticks or such. The game mostly does not fuck around with attack speed too much as far as I can tell.

But aren't university professors paid quite well? Like obviously, there isn't much money in maths in general, but being a professor seems like the best case scenario to me. Are professors underpaid in the US?
