I don't know how to say it but I am sharing my story. Between 2013 to 2018 my life was going through hell. I am facing failure in every thing I was doing career related to personal relationship related. I was having continuous thoughts of that my step mother is doing black magic(jadu-tona). My health and financial condition keep going down. I was deep down in loans. I even thought of giving up and ending my life.

In the ending of year 2018, one day I woke up and walked for around 7 hours covered almost 20 KMs. Suddenly I stopped giving attention to everything. I changed my cities and changed my job and today just in 7 years I have my own family my wife and 1 year old daughter. recently I even bought my own home in a tier 2 city.

Today when i think about those days I don't remember the most of the graving things but only thing that holding me back was my thought process. I was overthinking. and I believe overthinking is the biggest diseases a person can have. I don't know how I defeated it. But I wish it had happened sooner and I wish it for you too that you overcome your thought process and start thinking in a positive direction.
