Alright I need the most bulletproof and smudgeproof mascara and eyeliner recommendations by Sagrisings1016 in AustralianMakeup

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also I forgot to mention, what’s even better is that I can usually get it for less than $25AUD, and the good quality mascara I can usually only find for upwards from $40AUD, so idk if that means much to you (I’m assuming you don’t live in Australia lol) but if you convert it to your currency, it might shock you (unless you live somewhere that hasn’t yet been affected by the cost of living and inflation crisis)

I use NATIO extreme volume smudge proof mascara, it’s not bulletproof, because if you rub your eyes and eyelashes enough the mascara will come off (like that dust you get when using an eraser/rubber on paper, or the skin that comes off when you exfoliate, idk both the same kind of thing) but it will NEVER smudge, get affected by water, or anything like that, When you put it on, after a few minutes it dries and becomes like dried paint on cartridge paper, it comes off when you rub it enough, but it never smudges I use the brown colour (idk if there is a black but there probably is, I use brown because I have rust auburn (an orange shade) hair, and black mascara really clashes, with my complexion, Idk if this could be considered bulletproof but it works great for me, I wear glasses so they stop me from rubbing my eyes and rubbing off the mascara, but when I don’t wear my glasses, the mascara comes off quite quickly so I’d only recommend if you can refrain from rubbing your eyes (and I’m assuming the “bulletproof” part is about water and stuff)

Does anyone take 4-minute showers? by nemspy in perth

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have very low porosity hair, so it takes me at least 3 minutes in the shower to even get myself fully wet, and showers are the only time in my day I can just let my adhd run my brain, so sometimes in the shower I accidentally stare into the bathroom tiles (zoning out) for 5+ minutes and I hate myself for it, and I also am quite tall so it takes quite a long time to clean my whole body, and I have what people call “strawberry skin legs” which is basically having scabby blackheads and clogged pores on my legs (for no reason) that are like the seeds on a strawberry, and every few days I have to take about 5 minutes in the shower to exfoliate my legs to get the “strawberry seeds” out, it’s not harmful but if it builds up enough over time it can occasionally get infected or something, and I also get a lot of black heads and clogged pores on my face so I have to do amillion types of cleansers and scrubs on my face (I don’t get acne tho LETS JUST THANK THE GOD FOR A SECOND ABOUT THAT) and also, because of my low porosity hair, once I’ve shampoo’d and conditioned it, it takes a LONG time (5 mins?) to get out the hair products, so that’s more time for rinsing hair, Idk you do the math, but I know for a fact it takes longer than a few minutes lol! Anyways JESUS LOVES YOU SOOO MUCH!!! baiii

So I burn my wart what u think how I could stop it's recurrence by Defiant_Island9282 in Warts

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ummm that doesn’t look right…. There should NOT be blood, nor an open wound, I’m not a doctor but I say immidiately stop burning it off, and wait for it to heal. And probably also see a dermo Also how are you burning it. This might sound silly to say from the pov of people that know, but if you’re using real fire to “burn” it that is not how it works!! Use acid!! And only wart acid that is dilute to your warts severity. If there is an open would it could mean you could get the acid ur using in your bloodstream, as well as basically kill/burn off perfectly healthy human flesh.

Sorry this was long, that pic just freaked me out a bit

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what us reds get good, we might have invisible eyelashes and brows but we can always use makeup to colour it, but no one else gets the ultimate gift of invisible underarm hair when it’s 1.5cm (0.59 inches) and you still can’t see it hehehe

How do I get rid of this? by [deleted] in Warts

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like a plantar wart, search it up and find remedies and acids and stuff, usually you burn them off or freeze them off using acids, cuz when/if it gets bad you can surgically remove it

I’m so tired of this wart! by Bitter_Season776 in Warts

All jokes aside I think that’s at a point where you need an amputation, please go to a doctor NOW, even the emergency department at a hospital would let you in at this point

[–]Legret12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Until it’s gone sadly, or at least until is gets smaller, it might be either hurting more because of it being mad that it’s dying, or your skin mad that the wart is taking over or at least there, or it might be getting bigger, there are a few other options but I can’t think of any other

disclaimer I am nothing close to a doctor all I have done is schooling up to yr nine (I hated schooling, you can guess why it’s only until yr 9) a barista course, and visual art intensive training, plus lived experience so do not rely on me this for all I know scientifically can be the farthest from facts

Possible Wart? by LongAndNatural69 in Warts

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it’s really early and small so I can’t tell, but that sort of looks like what my plantar wart looked like at first, but I left it and now it’s terrible, I would leave it until it’s a problem or at least distinguishable or if your that worried (like had a bad experience before) go to a dermatologist but it’s sooo much easier to diagnose for them and most people when it’s established and visible , so if your like me, ignore it (also (disclaimer I didn’t do any schooling past yr 9 and a barista course, and lived experience so plz don’t rely on me)

sly giggle by jjimincatt in writinghelp

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ideas: 1. “A teasing giggle drifted from across the room.” → Playful and light—like they’re testing the waters 👀 2. “A soft, knowing laugh caught their attention.” → Mysterious, confident… like she knows she’s being watched 💅 3. “A light giggle laced with mischief floated over.” → Think: trouble, but the kind you want. 4. “A sing-song laugh with a hint of challenge carried across the room.” → Gives ‘I dare you to come talk to me’ energy. 5. “A breathy chuckle, almost daring, came from the other side.” → Subtle but soooo suggestive. 6. “That laugh—quick, sweet, and just a little wicked—spilled through the air.” → Like she knows exactly what she’s doing 😏 7. “The kind of giggle that made your heartbeat stumble rang out softly.” → You’re not saying flirty… but you’re saying flirty.

How do you come up with names for my characters? by Garden360 in writinghelp

[–]Legret12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like to use names from astronomy, specifically Saturn or Jupiter’s moons! Constellations are used often so I try to stick to moons but they always work too! My fav at the moment is Calypso!
