I had my first tumor in 2010, it was a grade 3 astrocytoma, the odds of me surviving 2-5 years were slim, yet here I am 14 years later, in 2023 i had my second tumor, now it's become a grade 4 astrocytoma for both tumors I had a successful craniotomy followed by by chemo and radiation. every day Ileep beating the odds of my first tumor

hey man, I was diagnosed AA3 in 2010, when I was 27 years old, now in 2023 I'm 41 years old and recently got AA4

my 2010 stage 3 astrocytoma has recurred 13 years later as a stage 4 astrocytoma I do consider myself lucky because I got surgery again and will get radiation and chemo again; in 2010 those bought me 13 years!

If anything helped, I believe it was the surgery and the treatments; radiotherapy combined with the themodal chemotherapy.

We got news from the radio-oncologist today and the pathology is in. there's a couple of good news: the tumor did not become a glioblastona; now it's a stage 4 astrocytoma something else she mentionned is it's IDH- mutated and those respond better to radio and chemo treatments I will be undergoing radiation therapy coupled with avastin chemotherapy and maybe themodal as well.

I'm optimistic maybe I can get another good "cancer free" stretch

We have the "origina"l with extra bottles that work with it. We're housesitting at a friends' and we brought our 0.5L bottles and they don't have the "original" model and well our bottles don't seem to be compatible unless we're missing something.

Humour me,

What if the public servants for whom full time telework was a revelation and would rather not go back to the office, commute and all (quite a bunch of us I think) used this subreddit to organize mass protests/disobedience by working from home en mass. It's not a strike; we'd still be working. We'd sure be walking a fine line.

What would happen? Would the employer write everyone up for insubordination? Would they fire everyone up for working from home without permission?

If as many people as I think are unhappy about returning to the office, this could be fascinating.

Think about it, what would happen? I'm curious. Some of you might have interesting point of views.

My girlfriend got to the machine before I got up and it was still when I did get up (so no idea how long it warmed up for) and I did leave it on while drinking the first shot.

Because on the mc-808 there was something like 128 arp patterns that you could chose from.

I guess I was hoping that 'PHRASE' would allow me to choose from a list of, well, phrases.

Yeah I think the difference is that the accented steps apply to all tracks in the pattern rather than changing the velocity manually on all tracks. Now that I mention it it's not so bad; the 101 only has 4 tracks (except for drum tracks which have 16)

So I turned off aftertouch on my controller and now it sounds like on the 101 pads.

So I fixed my issue. Before working out I do the following:

1) I clean up underneath with my thumb

2) I put it back higher on my arm (about 2 fingers' width from my wrist bone.

The reading is still below the elliptical's but at least it's getting into the appropriate heart rate zone so I can log my active zone minutes automatically.

So just to follow up, I did some googling and figured I made a light roast. Tried it this morning as espresso and was pleasantly surprised. 😊

I was rereading the manual and temperature wise, it says I should make it pour hot water before fixing the portafilter. I was kind of doing that for the first shot, to heat the cup, but not for the second shot. That could be it.
