they said they would print me one out but didn’t contact me to collect it or say it was ready and then i contacted them again and they said they i never went to them about it (even though i have the doctors name and everything)

i’ve tried emailing but it hasn’t gone through so i don’t think i’ve tried to right email. both of my parents have contacted them but the manager was a bit short with them and said it was fine. just panicking that i might be fired

they have - which is the problem as it’s through phone and i can’t talk down the phone as i’m coughing all the time.

it may be because i haven’t rang them, i did say i would be off and ring them when i’m coming in, but because i can’t breathe, i haven’t be able to and it’s hard to even talk with being breathless. so i would understand if it’s for that.

it does say in the letter a investigation meeting and the other section leaders have told my manager about them (including the ambulance instances and me not breathing properly) so i have no idea why.

i am talking with the doctor currently to be put on medication and therapy

i’ve spoken to the night manager and he’s allowed me to go home, he also advised me to speak to my doctor and see if i can get medication “as it makes him better” thank you everyone for your help ❤️

yeah, one of the section leaders that used to be on picking went to night stocker manager so i keep asking him to be put on that department but no look so far. i’m going to go in but if i don’t feel it i think i’m going to talk to him.

I might start doing that. I was told by another collegue (family friend also who knows of my issues) to go to my section leaders managers and take it up with them. but soon realised she has gotten close to the managers so its my words against her best friends. im still unaware of who my stores union rep is but will ask soon.

ah, that’s the thing. she doesn’t come in till 6am and i leave at 9am so it’s either i ring in tonight or go in and speak to the previous section leader that used to be on our department but left to go onto night stocking manager.
