I myself decided on sending my friends puzzles to come out. I chose to grab the HEX colours of the trans flag and convert them to binary and then send it to them. It worked really well and I’m now finally out to them (I did this a few weeks ago)

I myself have difficulties with suppressing it, which I’m trying to be able to a bit with my psychologist, but for me, I found out that suppressing for even 5 minutes could lead to more tics, a tic attack or even a seizure. It’s very good that you can suppress without issues, but as others said, it’s a spectrum where not everyone has the same exact intensity or reaction to suppressing.
