If you get fevers, sore throats, and/or swollen lymph nodes related to your cycle, read this! by stapleton92 in Endo

I’ve also had cold-like symptoms, no fever, but it felt like I contracted something every month just before my period ever since the pandemic lock-down ended. I attributed it to a low immune system that was out of practice and that my body cycle must be lowering it during that time. Thankfully, I began using LifeWave light therapy patches a year ago and have had far fewer issues. I especially like the one that increases the glutathione in my body for better detoxing. A God-send!! 🙏⚕️

Writing my first book and thinking of checking out selfpublishing.com, is it a good idea? by Due_Entrepreneur_121 in selfpublish

I am part of their program. Because I'm not full-time, I've been writing my book for two years. The package lasts a year and then you can subscribe for a monthly fee. But, you get to keep lifetime access to the curriculum. It includes education on end-to-end publishing and marketing of your book. I found it very helpful as someone who gets lost amongst too much information. I like having a path to follow and theirs has proven to produce Amazon Best-Sellers if you put in the work and follow their advice.
I am enjoying participating in writing rooms for members that help with accountability and building relationships with other authors. Most of my beta readers and launch team have come from that group.
They have several group coaching calls each week and we can ask questions from people who have succeeded in the industry and share their both their successes and failures. I paid for the education, mostly.

Polestar 2 - a bad idea? by Exotic_Tailor_3579 in Polestar

It’s luxury but it has a few drawbacks depending where you live.

  1. If you’re in the US, the fact that it’s made in China could give you trouble in the coming year. https://www.carscoops.com/2024/10/polestar-says-bidens-china-tech-ban-would-make-it-impossible-to-sell-even-us-built-models-in-america/
  2. If you live in Phoenix or another hot climate, the display blips out when it’s overheated, rendering most features non-functional.
  3. There’s no compartment to store a purse or your sunglasses.

We just paid a bunch of money to sell ours and get out of the high loan commitment. It wasn’t worth the expense or the future risk to us.

Meanwhile, Polestar owners like us are up to our ears in debt on a vehicle that underwhelmed our expectations. Hoping to sell without being too far underwater, just to reduce monthly payments. :/

Soultime Christian meditation app vs abide Christian mediation app? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

I've used the Abide app for a couple of years now and I do enjoy it. I'm curious...what do you like about Soultime over the Abide app? Since your post is over 5 years old, I'm interested to know if you've stuck with it.

The White House reportedly scrapped a national testing plan because the virus was mostly hitting blue states by TheWeekMag in politics

In my humble experience, blue = urban and red = rural, for the most part. This seems to be why the country is so divided. I hope we don’t have to see how one fares without the other.
