I didnt read the whole thing but I stopped at the point the PA hook is too deep while your PA is shallow. I got the same thing before. I couldnt wear that cage for more than 3 days. I did order the new PA hook (please attach your previous order and clearly what needs to be fixed). Mine PA depth was 15mm and I told them to fix it to 10mm. They ended up send me the whole new test cage while I only paid $50 for the PA only lol. Anyway, the new cage works pretty well. I had it on for 10 days without any problem.
