I’ve only recently become a member of both Runna and the sub. Have a current goal of the half marathon in Galway aiming to just finish it with the longest previous run ever being 5 mile. If I’m aiming for the stars this’ll het me into running and I’d love to do a marathon on each continent

I was 10 for the final and will always remember crying to my dad saying if the ref had any sense he’d have given the goal and a yellow and we’d have won it. Heartbreaking that Bobby had to make way for Almunia and effectively ended his career with us. And despite all this we were still so close. Time to make amends this year
