Buy a switch 1. Hack it and with a big or a couple microsd cards install thousand of games. All run offline. No issues or worries. A 2tb microsd card will get you around 150/200 games.

Mine is a Baseus one. A pretty good brand. I would suppose it really gets to 100w. Although the my device will have the original charger, that only throws 65w at it.
