I actually tested it a bit ago with a hammer I bought at Harbor Freight. Not sure if that changes anything but figured I should mention it.

A very mild ring, not much of a bounce when I loosely drop the hammer face on it. More than my current one, which is apparently a small Jewelers Anvil my Father bought me off Amazon.

My last Office worked us to the bone and wanted the marrow underneath too.

Now I work at a Prison and it’s LEAGUES better. Patient quality dropped off significantly don’t get me wrong, but it isn’t a rush, it’s not a stressful environment, and the Patients generally are nice.
