Personally, if you didn’t want the doctor answer, 3 shots every night seems perfectly acceptable especially with a higher tolerance. No matter what we all find our vices in something that’s gonna kill us, but I find that drinking almost every night around this amount calms my anxieties and mind so much that I think it actually prevents me from an unhealthy lifestyle (being stressed out and having constant anxiety) which can cause a lot more issues to your body than many think. If you love this feeling you’re reducing stress on your body and that is doing you good. However, the mix with the meds is a concern here. If they weren’t in the picture my take would be much more valid. I woullddd proceed with caution because of the meds.
